The Hancock County Cultural Humility & Health Equity Delegation is a group of local community members committed to establishing a Community of Belonging in Findlay and Hancock County. The Delegation is currently working through a strategic planning process to achieve the following:
- Foundations – What does it mean to be a Community of Belonging?
- Structural Components – What needs to be in place to be a Community of Belonging?
- Policy, Procedure, & Practice – What actions must take place to move the needle toward becoming a Community of Belonging?
**In order to achieve these goals, the Delegation is working with Inclusity, a Toledo-based, nationally recognized diversity and inclusion consultant firm. Part of this process includes conducting focus groups to collect data that will help determine where we stand on issues of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
**The Delegation is seeking a wide range of experiences, viewpoints, and stories and your voice is needed to help complete this picture. We are asking you to consider joining us for an upcoming focus group taking place on May 18th at 5:30 p.m.
Zoom Link will be emailed to all participants on May 18th.
